2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Products once installed or used

  • Electrical, electronic, or automation parts without manufacturing defect

  • Custom-made, special-order, or bulk-order items

  • Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or power issues


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share order details, product images/videos, and issue description

  3. Allow verification by our technical team

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.


4. Refund Approval & Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment

  • Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary


5. Replacement vs Refund

  • Wherever possible, replacement will be preferred over refund

  • Refunds will be issued only if replacement is not feasible


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping (if applicable) may be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error
