Electrical, electronic, or automation parts without manufacturing defect
Custom-made, special-order, or bulk-order items
Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or power issues

To request a refund, customers must:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Share order details, product images/videos, and issue description
Allow verification by our technical team
Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
4. Refund Approval & Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment
Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary
5. Replacement vs Refund
Wherever possible, replacement will be preferred over refund
Refunds will be issued only if replacement is not feasible
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable
Return shipping (if applicable) may be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error
