  • Once the product has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately via phone or email with order details.


2. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Bulk orders or specially sourced items

  • Electrical, electronic, or automation parts once dispatched

  • Orders placed for urgent or express delivery


3. Cancellation by Industrial Bazar

Industrial Bazar reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, customers will be informed, and any payment received will be refunded as per our refund process.


4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

  • Bank processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
